Matt’s experience includes some pretty impressive work, including:
Palm Pre – One of 7 engineers dubbed the “Lunatics” responsible for redesigning and architecting the Pre platform, with multiple patents pending with Palm, Inc. related to the design and implementation of the Mojo JavaScript Application Framework as well as the email application.
PVPowered – Designed and developed a distributed solar inverter monitoring application for written in Ruby and utilizing components of Ruby on Rails. Monitoring application was designed to provide near real time updates and historical trending on thousands of solar inverters across the world with a plug and play device and no configuration needed by the customer. Intimately involved with design of firmware, embedded systems, and web front end interfacing with monitoring application.
Ricoh Corporation Designed and developed custom web based reporting system to put relevant real-time and historical data culled from thousands of distributed copiers at customer sites across the country in the hands of key account decision makers and sales forces.
Ariba – Responsible for the development and delivery of functional and technical implementation/customization/EAI classes intended for System Integrators (including Big 5 consulting firms) and partners. Trained hundreds of internal employees and consultants from Big 5 consulting firms, as well as the smaller System Integration shops.
