As an OpenSource enthusiast Piotr has been working as a web-developer for over 6 years with over 3 years of professional experience with Ruby-based technologies working with many international agile teams.

Working in a web environment, he equally loves to hack Ruby and JavaScript code. He has great experience with Ruby web-frameworks including Ruby on Rails, Merb and Sinatra. Proficient with JavaScript libraries like Prototype, jQuery, YUI and MooTools. Unobtrusive JavaScript evangelist and an HTML/CSS purist writing highly scalable and maintainable front-end code for web applications. A linux geek too.

During his free time Piotr supports OpenSource software being a DataMapper core contributor and author of DataMapper plugins and adapters and one of the developers of rubytime.org (a time tracking web-application) and coderack.org (a rack middleware repository).
